Conclusion: 4/5
One of the best-known British films ever made. This is the sort of film that could never get re-made especially in the 21st century. John Cleese originally campaigned for the part of Brian although the rest of the group favoured Graham Chapman. Also, John Cleese used to be a Latin instructor. Apparently, comedian Spike Milligan was given a part when holidaying near the location and he agreed to play a cameo role. The most famous saying but for all the wrong reasons in this film is “Always look on the bright side of life…….”.
