Dog

DOG

Review: Army Ranger Briggs and a Belgian Malinois dog race down the Pacific Coast in the hope of making it to a fellow soldier’s funeral on time.
Directors: Reid Carolin and Channing Tatum
Actors: Channing Tatum, Ryder McLaughlin, Aavi Haas, Luke Forbes, Patrick Perlaky, Devin White, Luke Jones, Skyler Joy, Cole Walliser, Tory Freeth, Patricia Isaac and Emmy Raver-Lampman
Year: 2022
Genre: Comedy and Drama
Conclusion: 2/5
This did remind me of the Richard Gere film named Hachi: A Dog’s Tale (2009). Channing Tatum actually directs this film which makes it his first directorial feature film. It is easy to map out the outline of the plot of this film just by looking at the poster. A very predictable film indeed. Despite how cheesy the film is and just how obvious the film is I actually found myself really enjoying it.
