Murder Mystery

Review: A New York cop and his wife go on a European trip, but events start unravelling once they both get framed for a series of murders and have no other option but to go on the run.
Director: Kyle Newacheck
Actors: Adam Sandler, Jennifer Aniston, Luke Evans, Terence Stamp, Gemma Arterton, David Walliams, Dany Boon, John Kani, Adeel Akhtar, Olafur Darri Olafsson, Luis Garardo Mendez, Shioli Kutsuna, Erik Griffin, Sufe Bradshaw and Jackie Sandler
Year: 2019
Genre: Action, Comedy, Crime and Drama
Conclusion: 1/5
Here we see another partnership with Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston. The other film that they starred in together was Just go with It (2011), which was also a pretty awful film. This is also the third time that Luke Evans and Gemma Arterton have starred together. The other two times are Clash of the Titans (2010) and also Tamara Drewe (2010). You would think that Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston at their age would get fed up and get exhausted with doing comedic films like this. Neither of them are funny. I got the feeling that it was Adam Sandler’s idea to do this film and then by the time he came to filming he himself then realized what a waste of time the whole film is going to be. He himself couldn’t be bothered to put energy into this film.
