Now framed for the crime he now finds himself going on the run from the CIA, FBI and now the police. He must now use his “particular set of skills” to track down the killers and clear his name. The only thing that matters to him now is his daughter.
Director: Olivier Megaton
Actors: Liam Neeson, Forest Whitaker, Maggie Grace, Famke Janssen, Dougray Scott and Sam Spruell
Year: 2014
Genre: Action, Adventure, Drama and Thriller
Conclusion: 1/5
Just like Pitch Perfect and all the other sequels we are now getting did we really need another Taken film? Just the same as all the other films that Liam Neeson has recently done. One of the worst films of this last year. It is such a shame that Forest Whitaker is in this because he is such a good actor but completely lost in this film. The plot is really boring and none of it is entertaining. Even though there were no cuts made to this film during post-production the distributor sought and was given advice on how to secure the desired classification. On following this advice certain changes were made prior to submission. Liam Neeson stated on the 28th September 2012 that there would “not be a Taken 3 film” and also stated that “She can’t get taken again, that’s just bad parenting”. The tag line on the Taken 3 DVD poster states that “The Flim Ends Here”. Let’s just hope that the film really does end this time!!!!!!
