The Heat
Review: An uptight FBI Agent Sarah Ashburn is paired with a foul-mouthed Boston cop Shannon Mullins. Their task is to take down a ruthless drug lord.
Director: Paul Feig
Actors: Sandra Bullock, Melissa McCarthy and Michael McDonald
Year: 2013
Genre: Comedy and Crime
Conclusion: 2/5
This is done by the same director who did Bridesmaids. Unusual to see two lead female casts do this sort work. This is Sandra Bullock’s third role playing an FBI agent. The two others were the Miss Congeniality films 1 and 2. The film is far too long for what it needs to be.
