Endless Love

ENDLESS LOVE
Endless Love
Review: A pair of 15 year old’s fall in love. This is made worse by their parents who try to keep them apart. They are worried that they are too young to fall in love.
Director: Shana Feste
Actors: Alex Pettyfer, Gabriella Wilde and Bruce Greenwood
Year: 2014
Genre: Drama and Romance
Conclusion: 2/5
This is a remake of a Franco Zeffirelli film from 1981. Adapted from a book by Scott Spencer. This reminded me of the story Romeo and Juliet. One of the problems I have with this film is that the two main actors look way older than 15 years. They look like they are in their 20’s.  There is also no chemistry between them both. Emma Roberts was offered the part of Jade Butterfield but turned it down. One film critic wrote ‘Shana Feste’s bland and timid remake will be lucky to be remembered beyond this paragraph’.
