Conclusion: 3/5
The first half of this film I really enjoyed. After that I found it was slowly deteriorating. I enjoyed the dancing and I thought that was all very well done and choreographed. I almost felt there was too much going on and too much that the director wanted to portray in this film. If they had just stuck to one basic theme then I think it would have worked better. Also, I did find this film far too long, stretching it out to 2 hours 23 minutes. The themes in this include community, culture, gentrification and having an identity.
