I had really got my hopes up about watching this but have to say I was so disappointed. There was nothing funny about this at all. Anne Hathaway is a really good actress but I felt in this she has really embarrassed herself and don’t know what she was thinking even signing on for this film. Her accent was just embarrassing. Rebel Wilson was just herself. The house that was created for Anne Hathaway’s character on the Riviera, Rebel Wilson loved it so much that she bought a lot of the furniture once the production was completed. The first five minutes I could just about take but after that it just wasn’t even fun. It just got worse and worse as the film went on. It was an hour and 33 mins which to me felt like I had been watching it for 2 hours 33 mins. I spent the whole time hoping that it was going to get better but nothing came. None of the film was funny or enjoyable to watch. When I watched the film Monte Carlo (2011) some weeks ago I thought that was poor but thinking about it now it seems like a masterpiece!!
