Racing Hearts

RACING HEARTS

Review: A New York businessman searches for a rare racing bird so he can get a major deal with a prominent Dubai sheikh. He starts to get along very well with the local community in Belgium where he is staying, only then he starts to fall in love with the owner’s captivating granddaughter. He must now choose between the deal of his career or the love of his life.
Director: Dominique Deruddere
Actors: Jamie Dornan, Numan Acar, Anthony Head, Ali Suliman, Sharon Maughan and Mitchell Mullen
Year: 2014
Genre: Drama and Romance
Conclusion: 2/5
The other title for this film is “Flying Home”. I did find this to be too much like a Nicholas Sparks film. This is Jamie Dornan’s first romantic lead role. Dominique Deruddere directed and wrote this film. He is native of Belgium. Interesting to see the countryside of Belgium and to get a feel to what it is like. So unusual for a film to be set in Belgium. It is very obvious to see how this film is going to end.
