Year: 2014
Genre: Comedy and Drama
Conclusion: 3/5
Chef comes from the director who started off directing The Iron Man films. As well as Jon Favreau being a great actor and director he actually wrote the script for this film. Fantastic ensemble cast. Great to see a film that is so different. Just very hart-warming and a very easy watch.  It didn’t need to be as long as it was. I would have liked to have seen them do up the food truck a bit more and just concentrate on that story a bit more. Less of the first half with him in the restaurant. Jon Favreau learnt how to cook before this film and went to a cooking school in France. Warning, do not watch on an empty stomach!!
