Review: A story of a young girl named Skunk who lives in North London. Her life changes after witnessing a violent attack near her home.
Director: Rufus Norris
Actors: Charlie Booty, Lily James, Tim Roth, Eloise Laurence, Robert Emms, Rory Kinnear, Denis Lawson and Cillian Murphy
Year: 2013
Genre: Drama and Romance
Conclusion: 3/5
The one good thing about this film was that you did believe in the characters. They did come across as real people. Excellent performances especially from Eloise Laurence who carries the whole film.  I did feel like it was a bit  too close to reality for my taste. However, I suppose some people have this going on outside their houses most of the time. This is not a feel good film. It is a hard hitting film about the grim realities of modern life.
