NOW IS GOOD

Director: Ol Parker
Actors: Jeremy Irvine, Dakota Fanning and Josef Altin
Year: 2012
Genre: Drama and Romance
Conclusion: 3/5
Very schmaltzy film. It reminded me of the Jack Nicholson film The Bucket List. I know books and films aren’t true to life but I couldn’t take it seriously that suddenly Adam had just moved in next door. I mean what are the chances especially at a time like hers?? Based on a novel called ‘Before I Die’ by Jenny Downham. It was slightly on the depressing side as you would expect but I did actually enjoy it. I thought it was a very brave decision to do this film and they did it with meaning. I felt that you actually knew what the girl was going through. By the end you will be in tears it is so moving.
