War Horse

WAR HORSE

Review: It is about the First World War. A horse called Joey and a young boy called Albert. They both start to have a remarkable friendship with each other. They both then have to part ways. It traces Joey right away across the First World War.
Director: Steven Spielberg
Actors: Jeremy Irvine, David Thewlis, Emily Watson, Benedict Cumberbatch and Tom Hiddleston
Year: 2011
Genre: Drama and War
Conclusion: 4/5
I would recommend everyone to go and see this film. It is based on a book by Michael Morpurgo. It was published in 1982. They used 14 horses for this film. A director was going to do this film about 10 years ago but decided not to do it because they didn’t have enough resources. A film that will definitely make you cry.
