Directed by the same director who bought us Wild Rose (2018). We see Felicity Jones and Eddie Redmayne reunite again after their first film together in The Theory of Everything (2014). Even though the sub plot sounds really boring it is actually a film that is very action packed and there is a lot going on. In the true story the gas balloon was actually launched from Wolverhampton in The Midlands not London as depicted in the film and also they replaced Henry Coxwell with Amelia Wren to make the story more interesting. While filming this film Eddie Redmayne had a small injury in the air balloon and badly sprained one of his ankles. For the last few days of filming he had to use a crutch. Just one warning…..if you are scared of heights this is not a film for you!!
