Director: Jeffrey Blitz

Year: 2017
Genre: Comedy, Drama and Romance
Conclusion: 1/5
I am puzzled that good actors such as Anna Kendrick and Tony Revolori (The Grand Budapest Hotel, 2014) are starring in such dreadful turgid films such as this. They are all fantastic actors but completely wasted. It just makes you realise how good something like Four Weddings and a Funeral, (1994) is. It is like no one knows how to make good comedies anymore that are actually funny. If anything this would have worked better as a forgettable mini t.v. series. I felt like one of the characters sitting on table 19! I was just waiting for this film to finish.
