JOHN WICK: CHAPTER 2

Director: Chad Stahelski

Year: 2017
Genre: Action, Adventure, Crime, Drama and Thriller
Conclusion: 2/5
The film starts just as the first John Wick film finished. This is just a continuation of the first one. If you have already seen the trailer then you already know but if you haven’t don’t as the very end scene is shown in the trailer. There is nothing new or original that we haven’t already seen. It is just more of what we have already seen. I just felt bored and frustrated with it all. I did feel like it played out like a video game or a play-station game. Apparently Keanu Reeves performed about 95% of the fight scenes himself.  According to the BBFC in February 2017 cuts were made to this film. Cuts of 23 seconds were required. The company chose to reduce bloody injury detail in a suicide scene in order to obtain a 15 classification. The cuts were made in accordance with BBFC guidelines and policy. An uncut 18 classification is available. These cuts were made by the request of the distributor to achieve a particular category.  If there is anyone out there who loved this film then you will be pleased to know that there is going to be a John Wick: Chapter 3 coming out in 2019. I just want to how many lives does John Wick have?
