If you want to watch something to make you feel really tired and fall asleep then this is the film for you. No directing or acting involved. The script doesn’t amount to anything. The two things that they have got right for this film is the bonnets and the costumes. One film critic wrote about this film “The acting throughout falls into two registers; pantomime mugging for most of the cast, while the romantic leads, Russell and Feild, look so ill at ease that you pity them”.
