Punch-Drunk Love

PUNCH-DRUNK LOVE

Review: A troubled business owner finds romance with a English woman.
Director: Paul Thomas Anderson
Actors: Adam Sandler, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Emily Watson
Year: 2002
Genre: Drama and Romance
Conclusion: 4/5
Adam Sandler plays a serious guy in this film and he is like a completely different person. It shows the best side of him. Great to see him do something different. When the director told the press that his next project was to do a film with Adam Sandler and that he is playing a serious guy everyone laughed at him and said it wouldn’t be possible. At the Cannes Film Festival in 2002 Paul Thomas Anderson got an award for Best Director. Contains strong language.
