Airplane!

AIRPLANE!

Review: Ted Striker boards a plane. All of the passengers and crew go off ill because of food poisoning. Ted is the only one who can land the plane but there is one problem. He used to be pilot in the war and is terrified of flying.
Directors: Jim Abrahams, David Zucker and Jerry Zucker
Actors: Robert Hays, Leslie Nielsen and Julie Hagerty
Year: 1980
Genre: Comedy and Romance
Conclusion: 5/5
Brilliant film!!! A complete classic!! The entire production for this film took just over a month. When they played “Stayin’ Alive” and sped it up they had to get permission from The Bee Gees. This film cost $3.5 million and only took 34 days to make. This is on Barry Norman’s list of 100 Greatest Films of all time that he produced at the start of 2012.
