Review: Nina is a ballet dancer and wins the lead as the White Swan in the production “Swan Lake”. Nina eventually goes a bit mad and becomes more and more like the Black Swan.

Very dark and very grim. The Script for this film took about 10 years to make it to the screen. This film contains strong sex, language and blood like images. In 2011 Natalie Portman got an Oscar for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role. She also got a Bafta Award for Best Leading Actress and a Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama. Natalie Portman twisted one of her ribs and hit her head during filming.
