Conclusion: 2/5
Directed by Noah Baumbach who has worked on films such as Barbie (2023) and Frances Ha (2012). I thought this was a huge disappointment. I feel like it is a film that should have worked as I thought it had a strong plot synopsis and director. It was lovely to see George Clooney although he himself looked bored and couldn’t even be bothered to act. I enjoyed seeing Kyle Soller get work even though he only had a brief scene at the beginning. I actually thought that the strongest performance was Adam Sandler. I have to say that the best thing about the film is the cast. When this project was in development it was originally a project between Brad Pitt and Adam Sandler although Brad Pitt exited shortly before production, and George Clooney was cast in the role. I have to say this is the worst film of 2025. There is even a scene where George Clooney makes himself a coffee!!
