Conclusion: 2/5
Before I start my review I just want to say what a huge fan I am of Johnny Flynn and I think he is a fantastic actor. I got the feeling that Johnny Flynn wasn’t even happy or comfortable in this role. Even at the beginning this film doesn’t exactly fill you with a lot of hope or confidence as it quotes “mostly fiction”. Apparently, the film was created without official permission from David Bowie’s family and therefore is not licensed to include any of his songs or material. I thought that the script was a disaster and needed a lot more work doing to it. There is no imagination added into this film.
