This is a remake of a Swedish film called A Man called Ove (2015) although I have to confess I have not seen the original. Based on a bestselling novel by Fredrik Backman. A lovely sweet, charming film. The young Otto is played by Truman Hanks who is Tom’s son. The message in this is recognizing the value of living and doing good.
