Director: Meg Leonard and Nick Moorcroft

Year: 2022
Genre: Comedy, Drama and Music
Conclusion: 3/5
It has nothing of the spark and charisma that the first film had. I didn’t really think that the love story in this worked. There was no chemistry between James Purefoy and Imelda May’s characters. The performance I was most impressed with was by Richard Harrington. I have to say what an amazing singing voice he has got. The film wouldn’t be half as good if he wasn’t in it. There were moments where I felt that the film was struggling and didn’t quite know where to go. I felt it didn’t have enough material in it and was far too long.
