Conclusion: 4/5
A very charming film. This film launched the international career of Audrey Tautou. It is believed that Emily Watson was the first choice for the lead role. Most of the locations can be found in the area of Paris called Montmartre. At the Bafta Awards in 2002 this won two awards and they were for Best Screenplay – Original and also for Best Production Design.
